If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we wil be happy to refund your costs within 30 days for all eligible requests.

Eligible requests include severe product defect or other damage rendering product unable to provide claimed features. 

All refunds require receipt of purchase, return of remaining purchase including defect or doumentation of defect, other elgible damage. 

We strive to keep costs down wherever we can and charge only cost for the USPS shipping rates we use.

Delivery times vary due to scheduling and purchasers who choose this option may likely be contacted for updated information. So be sure to provide accurate & good contact information! 
• Pickups are free and in Mount Vernon, OH only at 1104 W. Gambier St. unless purchaser makes other arrangements with us!
